Red flags – According to the SRA, UK’s Solicitors Regulation Authority, “Scam emails are being sent to the public impersonating a genuine solicitor and offering services related to UKIPO trademark applications.”

The real Tim Worden, according to the SRA, is Timothy James Ashpole Worden who works at Goodwin Procter (UK) LLP.

“Cloning” means they copy a real financial institution’s website, sometimes verbatim. To the untrained eye, the copy can look as real as the genuine website they are copying.
