This unregistered and unregulated website tries to lure customers by appearing similar to a real authorized law firm or legal practice.

Red flags –  

A scam email is circulating that misuses the name of a genuine firm of solicitors and includes a link to supposedly review conveyancing documents titled as an “Approved Remittance Copy.” The message was sent from the fraudulent email address stacey@blc-soilicitors.com, which is not connected to any SRA-regulated firm.

“Cloning” means they copy a real law firm’s website, or identity, sometimes verbatim. To the untrained eye, the copy can look as real as the genuine website they are copying.
