This unregistered and unregulated website tries to lure customers by appearing similar to a real authorized law firm or legal practice.

The SRA reports that it has seen a letter sent to local brain injury groups threatening legal action over incomplete VAT registration. The letter, signed by “Martin J. Fielding” and using the address 25 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EE, phone 020 7123 4567, and email enquries@harrisonchambers.co.uk, comes from a firm and individual not authorised or regulated by the SRA.

“Cloning” means they copy a real law firm’s website, or identity, sometimes verbatim. To the untrained eye, the copy can look as real as the genuine website they are copying.
