Red flags –  

A fraudulent letter has been sent misusing the name of a genuine solicitor and the details of a legitimate law firm, including their address, SRA number, contact number, website, and email (shimmen@ctwsolicitors.co.uk), regarding a supposed business address change.

“Cloning” means they copy a real law firm’s website, or identity, sometimes verbatim. To the untrained eye, the copy can look as real as the genuine website they are copying.
