This unregistered and unregulated website tries to lure customers by appearing similar to a real authorized law firm or legal practice.

Red flags –  

The public has been notified of fraudulent letters sent impersonating a genuine solicitor and firm, alleging contract breaches, defamation, and outstanding charges in relation to entertainment services, and attempting to secure agreement to false terms. The scam also uses the email benjaminvictorcroft@gmail.com
and a fake Fiverr profile (www.fiverr.com/benjamin875) that misuses the solicitor’s name and SRA ID to offer bogus legal services.

“Cloning” means they copy a real law firm’s website, or identity, sometimes verbatim. To the untrained eye, the copy can look as real as the genuine website they are copying.
