This unregistered and unregulated website tries to lure customers by appearing similar to a real authorized financial institution.

But the ASIC (Australia’s finance authority) removed the ACN license from the real website in September, 2025.  So VGM is now unauthorized.

Red flags – 

“Cloning” means they copy a real financial institution’s website, sometimes verbatim. To the untrained eye, the copy can look as real as the genuine website they are copying.
