are impersonating an “Intellectual Property solicitor” named Yuhua Tang and misusing the details of a genuine law firm to offer fraudulent trademark registration services. The messages reference a non-operational website (hornhillslegal.com), and the SRA confirms that Yuhua Tang is not an authorised or regulated solicitor.

“Cloning” means they copy a real law firm’s website, or identity, sometimes verbatim. To the untrained eye, the copy can look as real as the genuine website they are copying.
